leaf="">这句糊涂话最坑人的地方，是让很多人误以为“致力于解决社会问题的社会企业也是做公益的”。硬把社会企业塞进公益的筐里，两头不讨好：一方面，声称社会企业是“做公益的”，就可能被莫名套上“不该赚钱”的道德枷锁（其实社会企业天生就是要赚钱的——只不过它的核心是将社会问题本身当作商机来赚钱，赚来的钱怎么分配，由章程规定，有的不分红，有的按比例分红，国内外没有统一标准）；另一方面，公益也会被当作“啥都能装”的大箩筐，连边界在哪都找不到了。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">还有一种容易被误判为“社会企业”的模式：某个企业的主营业务跟社会问题没有半毛钱关系，比如开餐厅、做房地产中介，赚了钱之后拿出一小部分捐给某个公益项目，然后就自称或被认定为“社会企业”，或者被媒体吹成“有社会责任感的典范”。这不是社会企业，顶多算企业捐赠。社会企业的核心特征是：它的产品和服务的生产和销售过程本身，就是在解决社会问题——比如帮残疾人就业的公司，卖的是残疾人生产的产品，赚钱的同时就在解决残疾人就业问题。赚钱之后再捐款，那是企业社会责任（CSR）的一小部分，跟社会企业不沾边。</span></p><p leaf="">雇佣关系是市场交易——员工干活，企业付薪，谁也不欠谁。企业创造了价值，分给员工一份，这叫公平交换，不叫施舍。如果把正常招工都算慈善，那慈善的门槛也太低了——一家按时发工资的企业都能感动全中国了。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="">这种说法还有三个毛病：</span></p><p leaf="">第三，它暗戳戳地给企业戴高帽，反而让真正的慈善贬值。一家环保企业招聘了100个工人，它是不是就在“做慈善”？那隔壁的公益机构花了一年时间，帮50个重度残疾人找到工作——谁的慈善成色更足？把正常的市场行为包装成慈善，只会让“慈善”这个词变得廉价。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span
