leaf="">在基础保障方面，广州深化“市—区—镇（街）—村（居）”四级联动，建立“动态监测、业务赋能、闭环管理”督导机制；依托12345热线未成年人救助保护专家座席，健全快速响应机制；优化临时监护服务，畅通返乡渠道。近日，全市各区民政局入户走访困境儿童并发放心愿礼包，同时联动慈善力量，为2000名困境儿童定制包含营养补给、防暑降温、健康防护物资的关爱能量包，并为孤独症、残疾等特殊儿童群体打造“儿童友好慈善空间”，提供康复评估、一对一训练、心理筛查等专业帮扶。</span></span></p><p
