leaf="">一般情况下，各类项目大赛提供志愿服务项目展示介绍的时间为五分钟。然而，很多人不知道“开场30秒”最关键。因为看起来五分钟时间不短，但是介绍内容却是非常紧张的。如果志愿者把握不好、调节不好，就可能错过最佳展示介绍的契机。我们发现，有些项目展示时，从团队情况到需求介绍就讲了两三分钟，过了大半时间还没有进入项目内容的核心；有些项目介绍的内容平铺直叙，一两分钟后还不能引起评委的关注和重视。这样就让一些做了很多服务内容，具有很多经验积累的项目，在参赛时无法发挥优势。我们认为“开场30秒”是志愿服务项目展示需要特别把握的契机，可以通过多种形式呈现效果。尤其是精炼突出的介绍。如“我们是XXXX项目，做失能老人陪伴关爱和帮扶服务的”“我们是XXX项目，是为孤独症儿童培养才艺和社会展示的”“我们是XXXXX项目，是吸引激励居民群众参与开展老旧小区治理创新的”。这里提到的“精炼”，就是30秒时间很短，不要啰嗦、冗长的语言。如项目书已经填写“XXXX志愿服务项目”，在开场介绍时就直接说“我们是XXXX项目”，连同“志愿服务”等词语都可以省略，因为评委看项目书知道是志愿服务项目了。这里提到的“突出”，就是要讲出志愿组织开展项目服务最核心的要素和特色，让评委一开始就很清晰、有印象，不仅仅提到项目是关爱哪些对象，还要提到具体做的服务有什么特点和关键要素。当然，有些项目展示是以30秒的视频开头，这种形式就要特别把握好视频的内容和效果。如果非常突出，能够打动人和有启发，开场展示的效果就很好。但是如果视频内容平淡，视频音响效果不佳，反而是减弱效果的，这是需要特别留意。“开场30秒”的呈现方式有多种多样，最关键的是非常简练提出项目的要点焦点，引起评委的关注和重视。</span></span></p><p leaf="">志愿服务项目都要做需求调查，都要介绍如何调查了解服务对象需求，如何针对需求拟订服务计划。这里，我们提出“需求大小点”的把握非常关键。因为，展示介绍时，需求分析占用的时间也是30秒左右。我们发现，有些项目介绍时，进行需求分析花了近两分钟，就占用最重要的服务内容介绍，让评委有“头重脚轻”“介绍失衡”的印象。并且，不少项目在介绍服务需求时，从“全国有多少老人”“全国有多少流动儿童”“全国有多少残疾人”“全国有多少孤独症人员”等等，再到省、市的数据等等；以及对问题的罗列介绍。可是，经常被评委询问一个问题，“这是全国、全省的情况，你们这个县，你们这个社区究竟有多少服务对象，突出问题是什么？”所以，我们认为项目介绍一定要注意“需求大小点”相结合，即简略提及全国数据之后，立即进入志愿组织服务区域（一个县、一个镇、一个社区等）具体的服务对象数据，以及提出的问题需求。甚至可以通过一个服务对象的案例，展示特别的困难境况，以及对志愿服务的特别需求，附带依据其他人也有这种特殊需求等。这样，通过“一大一小”的需求展示，能够让评委感觉志愿服务项目实施确实有必要性、有迫切性。</span></span></p><p leaf="">在志愿服务项目展示介绍的五分钟，其中大约用一分钟到两分钟重点介绍服务内容。由于时间有限，就需要志愿者将开展的许多服务概括成为三到四个主要内容，并且向评委清晰地介绍和叙述。不少项目介绍服务内容时，出现两个问题：有些笼统讲述做了哪些服务，1234567890等等，一件一件述说，就让评委无法清晰了解。有些虽然整理出三到四点主要内容，但是讲述时平均用力，每一点介绍30秒钟，导致各个内容都蜻蜓点水，无法让评委留下深刻印象。这里，志愿者展示介绍主要服务内容，也有几个技巧：一是集中展示几点主要内容。即用一页PPT将三到四个服务内容的小标题呈现出来，简单念一遍就可以。二是挑选其中一项做得最好的内容，用将近一分钟时间详细介绍具体做法，尤其是特别有启迪、特别吸引人的特殊做法，引起大家的关注和重视。三是强调这几个主要服务内容是逐渐深入、不断丰富的，让评委看出有系统性，有一定的深度。我们认为，在有限的展示介绍时间内，详略得当、粗细有序，就能够让志愿服务项目凸显亮点，赢得关注和重视，获得支持和推广。</span></span></p><p leaf="">我们在《志愿服务项目申报书“三精三准”要求》一文中，谈到“项目成效”栏目填写存在的问题，以及改进的建议。那么，到了展示介绍环节，“项目成效”的叙述就要求更高了。因为，留给志愿者介绍成效的时间，一般都不足一分钟，如何快速有效的呈现呢？我们认为“数据+案例”的呈现形式是非常有影响力的。即项目服务多少人，多少服务对象获得改变，点出数据就可以了。但是，最好能够挑选一两个接受志愿者服务之后，变化特别大、改善特别多的服务对象，展示接受其最突出、最感人的变化，能赢得评委和听众对项目的信任。</span></span></p><p leaf="">志愿服务项目参赛时，不仅仅申报书要填写好“创新特色”的栏目，而且在展示介绍时，也要特别突出。大家注意，“特别突出”不等于有很多时间，演讲中涉及“创新特色”估计只有几十秒时间。因此，这里也要特别讲究技巧。我们发现，志愿者展示介绍“创新特色”，通常出现两个问题：或者是为了苦口婆心向评委说明有创新，思路陷入复杂紊乱，重重复复讲回到主要做法，拖延了时间，效果也不好；或者是将三四点创新特色一一介绍，也是蜻蜓点水，让人印象不深。这里展示介绍的技巧，同样是详略区分，PPT的一页集中展示三到四点创新特色，志愿者将其中一点详细介绍。如有一个乡村志愿者队伍，介绍农村环保志愿服务的项目。在介绍“创新特色”时，说他们赢得城市一个志愿组织的关注和支持，帮助用无人机巡查农村生态环保状况，当PPT展示农村环保志愿服务有无人机发挥作用时，评委们都非常关注和重视。其实，如果是大中城市的环保志愿服务，或者沿海地区的环保志愿服务，运用无人机等新技术并不稀罕。然而，山区农村拥有无人机技术开展志愿服务，就让人感觉有创新、有特色。由此可见，“创新特色”的展示介绍，也不是要求特别高，不是要“前无古人、后无来者”；而是比同类项目多想一些办法，多做一些探索。</span></span></p><p
